Shipping
For orders placed before 5PM MST, we try and process orders same day and typically ship within 1 business day after orders are processed. Orders placed after 5pm typically have a 2 day processing time before shipping.
During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.
All LIFT Threadz orders ship out of Utah and shipping times vary depending on shipping destination.
Return
Refunds can only be processed after an item is fully returned to us and meets the conditions below:
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- If you received the wrong size or color from what you ordered, email us to process an exchange.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind.
